Info regarding USAA project
I’m a fresher digital . Recently completed my ILP training and just now I received a call saying they are from USAA and wants me to allocate into that project. Said something about working on weekends too. Can anyone help regarding this whether to take it or not ?
Better to avoid. heard there is no proper recognition in the project especially for digital freshers. But also depends on the manager/lead which you will be under.

Its hard to say until we get into the project. It all depends on your manager and higher management and your skillset/aspiration and how you deal with conflicts. But if you really need list of accounts, there is already a post here in grapevine about list of projects to avoid where few people have had some bad experiences. I don’t have that post link.
