What additional amount is deducted from salary for adding parents in HIS in TCS? Are there any declarations required? Do they cover any pre-existing illness?

No declarations required, the premium depends upon the age of parents. For me it was 28k for both, that amount will be deducted from your salary for 8 months/year.
