Info on work and life balance from your comapny
Anyone thinks their company has good balance with work and life. Mine is gone for toss. Working on weekends due to back to back releases every month has grinded everyone. It has became a new norm. Everyone is good and i am a good performer but when i think i do not have time for family it feels sad. Would like to know about all of urs experiences?

I work at Molex . Extremely good work life balance so far . Being a group PM , there are tons of calls and engagements , travels , team meetings , office supervisor meetings and culture / team development engagements as well but overall we work in hybrid mode . I also keep navigating between my hometown and Bangalore from time to time as my family is still at my hometown . Company is great , there is no forced work , not at all in weekends . No One will ever force you to respond to emails / do work on weekends or work at night etc. It’s very rare people works at night or in weekends and that’s mostly because they would have missed deadlines or something very hot has come across , consider those 5-8% of total time in a year
