• How much of the role is truly strategic vs. coordination/enablement?
• What kind of stakeholders and projects are involved?
• How is the growth trajectory in terms of skill development and career progression?
• Is the work truly strategic or more execution-focused? From a few conversations, it seems the role may lean more towards coordination/enablement rather than core strategy.
