Info needed

Hi guys, just got to know about a job post in accenture, while surfing the net . Its states " Microsoft sql server application lead" . Can anybody in the same company( accenture) tell me a bit details about what this post actually is. I am from plsql background, thgough have some exp in MSql Server. But for better clarity asking this..

My current ctc is 7.1 .. how much should I opt for the same?
