Info about JPMC - package, culture, and work

Hi SWEs, I got an offer for SWE-II (602). 29 LPA base + bonus. I have 4.5 YOE Current: 20 Base

Am I getting low-balled since I dont have other offers at the moment, but i am in the interview process with FAANG (3 of them) What should I expect in base? When is a candidate eligible for appraisal? I understand that work quality is subjective, but what is the general trend in terms of project quality, timelines, and sprint expectations? Are folks helpful when someone gets stuck in a particular situation? Are there additional bonuses for On-Call and any certification benefits?
