Joined infy in jan 2025, heard that for frst 2 yrs there's no hike? Will i not even get the rating too? When will i get my frst rating and frst hike?
You will get rating but eligibility of hike is still unknown . For this FY I don’t think they will include you… I have seen people joined in dec2024 and got hiked in march 25.. for that 2024 year
You will get rating as of September 30th based on your performance from Oct 2024 to Sep 2025. The rating usually comes out late December or early Jan. If things come back to normal hike cycles you will get hike effective April 1st 2026. The hikes are announced in July but effective April. But off late hike cycles haven’t followed a set pattern and some years have been skipped and one hike given in around 18-20 months. Laterals last time got hike only after 3 years.
But what if someone is on bench who will give rating for them
Your joining date needs to complete 1year by date of hike consideration date as on my understanding till day.
