One of my known people is working with this company and it's been 4.8yrs, the person is there. This company has hired new people and in order to lay off the older people who are working for more than 2 yrs or something, they are just ridiculously throwing penalties and unrealistic demands. Also, there is this office politics going on where the people who sit in the office are super biased towards the remotely working employees.

The only good thing about the company is that it gives flexible work hours. That's it. They used to give incentives to the people who worked a little extra and exceeded the word count. But now, that too isn't happening.

GUYS DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE EXPLOITING THEIR REMOTE EMPLOYEES
