I got DB LTF back in 2019 under alumni program. Best to speak to the person handling cards for your alumni program. He/she would be able to help you better.

Yeah… I am utilising benefits of the card plus PayZapp plus Gyftr. Helps me gets good discount on a lot brands plus additional multiplier points on my card. Initially, the perks were great but they are slowly devaluing it. If you utilize DCB with PayZapp and Gyftr, it would be helpful.

Start with regalia ltf. You will be upgraded in 3 years to DCB.
