Ineligible for band release? Why?

Just a reminder if it's your first year after joining tcs then band won't be released for you .

UI work going on, yesterday i was not able create a ticket, IS team said there was some UI work going on.

When did you join TCS ? If you have joined last quarter of the FY :24-25 then you will not be eligible for the band.

Instead of talking to your manager or HR why are you posting on an anonymous site?
