Hi. I've been working as a Digital Marketer for 4 years. Currently, I've been working in the role of Digital Marketing Executive and soon will get promoted to Digital Marketing Manager.

I wanted to understand the industry standard for the salary band of my new role. How much can I negotiate for?

My current role salary band is anywhere between 3.36LPA to 4 LPA. My typical day is to monitor client social media accounts, write content for email, social and website as well as do cold calling from time intervals.
