Indirect layoffs, automation & process optimization seem to be the real!
According to you which role in TCS can be practically replaced or reduced with AI without any challenges?
Or are they irreplaceable? Let’s hear your thoughts!

AI can definitely replace some of the jobs, like around 20-40% of technical roles in a company like TCS, but HR, Management, Admin and other higher ups (can be replaced) but they won't be. Because their accountability is the highest among all company employees. Even among technical roles, AI can be used to automate some of the tasks, but it can't really give demo to the clients or wake up at midnight to fix a production issue, right? Just stay in top 10-20% of technical employees and you're valuable enough to not be replaceable.

Nice take, AI might handle tasks, but can it give a demo full of buzzwords that leaves the client thinking you're a genius? Stay in the top 40-50% of techies, and you'll be irreplaceable, unless AI learns how to throw around buzzwords like a seasoned manager at a Monday meeting!
