I don't get when people say some statements and back it with "indian mindset". Its YOUR mindset. If you can't make it then it's "your" skill issue. And ofcourse your company's employees would not be able to build them even if they are all capable of doing it cause you won't pay them enough. He is still living in 1980s and we should let him just live and ignore him. "Dadu chill" bolke carry on.
