Hiring manager likes the profile and I receive an assignment. Asked to submit the assignment in 2 days. I submit the assignment. Hiring manager wants have an assignment review call. During the 1 hour assessment call I answer all of his questions. Next day, HR calls me and tells me you answers all the questions. You have good design skills. We are rejecting you because you don’t have enough B2B design experience. WHY THE F Did you shortlist me and had me waste my time on an assignment in the first place.
