They think they just because they are in US, they are Americans now, they are somehow better than Indians and we are just cheap labor.

The problem is with the toxicity that they developed in Indian workplaces . Indian workplaces are known to be toxic and hyper competitive. What these managers are carrying around is the same toxic culture all around the world. The worst part is that no one wants to point this out directly to them. I think we as Indians are still affe by survivorship bias and scarcity mindset.
