Definitely work way more than other global offices. Met a bunch of folks from London and Dubai office.

Anything beyond 9 pm was too much for London office, whereas its my lucky day if I get to end at 9 pm haha

Dubai and other UAE offices were in a similar boat - bad working hours for them too but they get paid almost 2X of what India office earns and no taxes, so is it really the same? 😔
