India vs Vietnam for work
Heading a largeish sub org in my present role - 75L cash + 50L ESOP per year ( 2 cr ESOP already vested ) vs head of data science at a Vietnamese conglomerate - 1.6cr cash + 0 esop - they are willing to have me work from Bangalore or move to Vietnam
Which one would you take? 31M fyi, no family commitments which would block this move as such, wanted advice from this larger community on what to do?

If company culture/opportunity is once in lifetime then grab it Just from personal experience whenever I choose a job opportunity coming with challenges and little discomfort I get great growth.

The war scenario is risky and unpredictable, but otherwise it's good to go for Vietnam. You'll grow a lot faster there.
