Fuys i was trying to reset the password as it was expiring. Now m not able to login using new or old password to outlook or teams
Aystem is getting loggedin using old password.when i try through Ultimatix it shows password can be changed once in a day.
Plss suggest. In d past calling toll free number it used to give a temporary password but now it says all the executives are busy.

I got this kinda issue long back . I changed my password it got changed but every time i log in it will redirect to change password page and this wont allow me to login to any ux application
So i emailed ultimatix.helpdesk the issue alongwith my employee id and Date of joining .
If you cant open outlook , i think you can ask your colleague / friend to email on behalf of you and ccing you
Same issue , here . But it worked when i reset ultimatix password using mobile , it worked
