India is currently 63rd place in 2024 Paris Olympics medal table , which is lower end of table.india despite being no.1 population, good GDP and ongoing process to become one of the super power of world why we POORLY lack in sports . Usa , china , Britain , australia, Germany , France are just leagues apart from us in Olympics, countries like new zealand, irland , Brazil and many countries very small , relatively unknown countries too have more medals than us
