Recently completed 4 years in Infosys and 3 years as SSE but still receiving 30K salary as am on bench currently whom should I ask for decent increment or promotion to TA as it's getting tough to manage things with 30K salary.
Ask yourself first when are you going to leave your comfort zone
True, I was in my confort zone and recently started looking for switch after failing 2 interviews looks like am not ready yet so will keep trying and it's my first switch so if I get the increment or promotion I can ask for a better offer from my next company.
Its not about comfort zone ...its about the loyalty. You are being loyal to your company and your company doest give you anything.
Yes but the last 2 months were like hell in Infosys and now I understand why people say that don't be stuck in 1 company for too long and corporate toxicity, it comes in a hard way but I learned my lesson
Get project first or switch company. Being on bench you can expect nothing.
