Trending @Accenture; Increment or promotion

I am an associate who completed 1 year in Accenture in July 2025. I have been working on a project as a frontend developer in the song market since may and giving my full efforts. My team lead and all the seniors are quite satisfied with my performance. Along with this I also have 3 stars in my competency skills that I currently use in a project. I also talked with my team lead...and she said that my review is good and I am the first one on the list that she has provided to the manager. The only thing is I haven't cleared techleap...so are there any chances for promotion or a good hike for me in the November cycle. Also, can anybody give any estimate on the % hike I can get as the thing is I haven't got any hike even after completing 1 year.

Kindly someone provide me genuine advice and suggestions.
