Dear All I joined CG last April and received a 'Succeeding' performance rating. I was subsequently placed on a two-year project following a client interview, with a reported billable rate of ₹30,000 per day.
Given my contribution to the organization's revenue, I would like to inquire about the potential for a significant salary increment during the upcoming review cycle.
Sorry to disappoint you, but the revenue that you are bringing to your account doesn't pave a way for a significant salary hike. It's the same everywhere. If you are in the good books of your Practice head, then you will get a good hike inspite of being on the bench.

I have been on Bench for only 2 months after that have been in two consecutive projects of 3 and 4 months and both have given a positive feedback on my work
I have been in Capgemini for long enough to understand that the billability will not give you excellent ratings or salary hike for that matter. Come back next year to this post and prove whatever I said above, wrong!!
Generally they gives 2-4% for 3 rating. Completely depends on your terms with manager.
