I have not received any mail yet. Does that mean i wont be getting a hike. I got exceptional rating. But i Joined on april 2024. When i enquired i came to know that whoever completed 6 months would be eligible for appraisal.

Whoever joins before Sep are eligible but they won't consider you for the 1st year... I joined in 2023 Aug, now I got my 1st hike of 1.6% for Succeeding
