In dec got hike ....total CTC became 9.4 with vp

But in performance portal we have only Fixed salary

From where I can get the letter which will show the increase salary along with VP...

It's little urgent. Guys ...need to submit the letter

Download your statement from rewards portal..it will have everything

I download it but it doesn't include the VP so that's is the issue

Yes,it will not come as base pay +21% variable pay as ctc. It will just show base pay and what we got. There should be some letter for full ctc

Letters are not with people lead yet, Monday or Tuesday ask your PL to release it to you
