Does anyone know when are we supposed to receive our increment letters?
Just curious to know if increments happen across all the business units altogether or in phases?

In that case, I am just wondering how come some of the associates announced their promotion much earlier because I believe increment letters and promotions are shared with associates simultaneously here in CTS. Correct me if I am wrong.
It’s unlikely to be this week. They have to announce before payroll freezes for the month .. so that makes it likely either by Aug 20th
Mostly the email gets triggered between 14th to 17th of the month.
Mostly e-letters will be received by 23 Aug.
In-between 16 to 23. Depend on your home manager.
When would be the next cycle of promotions here?
