Trending @Infosys; Increment confirmed for the new year

Heard from a senior executive today, he confirmed that it's official.

JL5 and below will get it effective from 1st Jan
JL6 and above will have it effective from 1st April
They are waiting for the latest Icount ratings before starting the exercise of deciding individual increment

So probably we will get letters sometime in Jan/Feb. But it will be effective from 1st Jan.

It should be based on last year's rating only as it will be effective from 1st Jan, for JL5 and below...

It will be considered. But not solely on that. They consider the past 3 years of ratings it seems. Also there will be multiple other factors involved, that's up to HR and your manager.

Why lastest rating is involved. Many things are transparent in infy but many like this hike thing are a total black box, intentionally kept like that to benefit company by mending rules in their favour.
