Increment as fresher .

I have a question in which month TCS gives increment.

I am a fresher who joined tcs 3 months ago . Can I expect any increment this year or it will be counted once 1 year is completed.

Kindly advice me what should I do so that my life won't become miserable in TCS because everyone is saying it's worst . For last 3 month it's like heaven ,first 2 month it was training and for last month I am going to office and tapping in card and tapping out . No one says anything. Is there any consequences or any problem with that.

Please tell it will be helpful.
