Trending @Accenture; Increment and variable pay

Hello all, I have been working on project since my first day, and it's been two years now. However, I have not received a single rupee hike to date. Can I expect a good hike this time? Also, my variable pay is 1.89 lakh, but in both cycles, they have only given a maximum of 1 lakh.
