Increment after 4 years
Hello Guys, I will complete my 4 years in June 2025 and will be promoted as IT Analyst. Can anyone please tell how much salary increment I can expect after 4 years Anniversary. Now my salary is 4.4 lpa.
Approximately 15% hike from your current CTC and most of it will go towards variable pay. But my question to you is, why are you still waiting in TCS at such a low CTC? Brother please switch to a better place and ask for 100% increment in your next job. That way you will at least get a decent hike of around 60-80% provided you are really good in your field.
Yaar I am not getting call from the companies.
I am planning to switch from long time.Currently I am in production support in some legacy project no personal growth and nothing planning to switch to DevOps as md for this i am enhancing my skills in DevOps as well but it is very difficult to switch.
Please suggest something.
Sometime I thought to resign from this company already and will see what will happened but i don’t have any offer and market is also not good now.

Don't ever resign without an offer in hand. If you want to switch to DevOps, study well and give interview. Atleast you will get 5L offer. Take this offer and leave, then improve your skills in DevOps and grow.
