Hi Everyone I am currently on bench from past 3 months and struggling to get a project, and there's performance review this month. Will they give increment to me this month cuz i haven't got any increment even last year due to budget constraints. If i don't get hike this time ad well it will be two years with no hike. Any suggestions how will be the scenario this time will i get hike or not?

Being on the bench usually means no increment. Focus on becoming billable. Consider discussing with HR for clarity, but manage expectations. Explore opportunities if no hike is received.
