PIP is given to a person who got D band, there will be a formal performance improvement plan created by your supervisor to monitor your performance for next 3 months.

Thanks for answering my question. I have another question. If RTO compliance is not fulfilled by associate then band of that associate diminish by next lower rank ? I heard those who will get D band that associate will terminated from TCS. is that true?
