Increasing toxicity

We've been asked to cancel leaves forcefully recently, limited to max 2 leaves per quarter because apparently the revenue is not meeting the over-commitments made by leadership, Medical WFO exceptions are not being approved.

The annual ratings are based on RTO instead of your work and deliveries, furthermore there have been claims about leads being asked to limit "A" Bands to 5-10 out of every 100 irrespective of performance.
