Increase TCS mail storage / Move to gmail

My current TCS email always get 100% full, I don't have this much time to clear unnecessary emails all the time to free up the memory. I've heard that we can move our TCS email to Google, can anyone suggest if they have done this before?

You have to upgrade your Microsoft subscription to E3 or E5 license. Raise request for that in GHD.

Everyone by default is having 1Gb storage for exchange mail box instead of 200Mb
