Any who is senior level here .I resign my manager is saying your salary is less I accept but i don't have the option to increase it manually. You need to wait till year end.
Is it true Accenture doesn't have the option to increase salary? Senior please help me here

Salary hikes are possible only during Mid-year (which is over now) or annual.
Also never take the word of your manager if the person promises a hike because it’s not always possible due to many factors. Am at a senior level and I know the reality.
