Increase in Gratuity Amount
Has anybody noticed an increase in the Gratuity amount from last year's payslip ? That's the increment !!!!

Gratuity amount is dependent on basic and experience in years in the company. So it is expected to increase twice a year:
- When your basic increases.
- When you have completed n years + 6 months, where n increases every year.
