Increase in CTC or added component by clearing wings 1?

I'm about to be eligible for elevate wings 1. Once I clear it and make myself eligible, will the incentive be reflected as an additional "temporary" component or will I have a dramatic upgrade in my entire salary structure ranging from 2x based pay to allowances, etc?
