How many of you see incompetent leaders in TCS. They are nominated either on incompetence but superb in ass-licking or acquaintance of someone. Pls comment.

If only competent men have to be appointed as leaders, we would have only a dozen companies.
People are appointed to take care of majority shareholder interest. what has competence to do here?
