Incompetency at District

Does the District app exhibit any semblance of a premium product? From any angle, does it reflect quality or sophistication? The PM and TL show a blatant disregard for customer-centricity, fixating on PG and RG while arbitrarily dictating app content without strategic foresight. The tech lead, woefully inexperienced, often speaks and thinks in a manner devoid of coherence or depth. Many team members find technical discussions with him utterly futile, given his glaring incompetence. It’s baffling how individuals of such mediocrity ascend to positions of authority. Perhaps PG and RG should engage with senior team members to dismantle this incompetent layer.
