Incognito was not safe and US caught them. What about India?

The tracking is actually a feature called safe browsing. They send the content of your webpage to the google servers to check if the website you are on is safe to visit or not.

On a lighter note, most of the Indians might be using the Incognito Mode to watch the most watched thing on the internet. Hence, they might not be interested in putting a case.
