Inch or a mile: Loss is a loss 😔
I tried my best to take a specific project from ideation to production. But due to some data bias, model is sensitive to some specific words. I have experimented with all I could do. But officially I have nobody to reach out to for help who knows the stuff and can guide me.
I know I'm at fault that It's me who is totally responsible for not making it to production.
But I'm curious to know have you ever gone through such situations? If yes what worked for you?
been there done that , now i recall I laugh at myself as nobody cares whether u go to prod or not, eventually we get to learn!!
Take the learning and move on. Better things to get attached to in life. If this decided your promotion then maybe dwell a while but not something you want to remain stuck on. Having a good mentor is a really lucky thing in corp.
Mentor scenario is mentos-sed.. Yeah correct!

What's the problem statement and what issues are you facing?
Dont feel sad bro, even if you went the extra mile and delivered it, it would have simply made no diff more than few days of happiness or fake 'great job' emails with few more on credit sharing.
So it's corporate, if it works, its group effort, if it doesn't, who did it, find the bakra.
At the end, what's important always is the learning you get. So you already a winner on that front. Rest, i know its hard but try to chill about it and don't think what could be done better.

Yes , in my current Project of integration of new module , from source to target.. I have delivered seamless and error free modules, however in last module integration of this year .. one field mapping got wrongly mapped due to over confidence on other team and after deploying in production it came in notice to end user and it created problems and suddenly my whole last 2 years work and faith has been questioned and the whole blame put on my integrity and knowledge. However few project members supported us as moral support but at the end it was me who to feel all the heat Can’t help this is how professional work goes on!
