We have unlimited sick leaves but I feel they are scam because people hesitate to take them

Yeah it's a scam unless there is very minimal work with no client interaction. It's something to lure freshers ig who think they can take as many leaves as they want. But when the work piles up, when targets aren't completed on time, when there are sudden client calls or escalations, they will know

separate 7 days available as sick leaves. 25 days available as privilege leaves.

In my company, no concept of sick leaves. Only in case if all earned leaves are over then they allow max 7 day sick leave.
