Trending @Wipro; In which basis MSI letter is releasing, is it nominated by Manger or HR?

If u get 4 or 5 ur chances are high but it's still not guaranteed that u will get the letter. Many with 3 rating also get msi. Manager nominates so it's completely depends on their opinion about u.
