There company names CSM Technology and Luminous Technology based in Odisha, they are signing bond from Engineers for 3 years and also keeping their valuable B-Tech Certificate so they they don’t leave them and join a better company.. Both have zero business model and highly dependent on Government project which they get by bribing Ciivil Servants.!

No as duplicate will be written on it companies won’t hire people with that one!

Bam! I got in touch with a company like this who came in my campus during placement drive. They wanted a bond for 2 years, B.Tech certificate and a blank check (just for formality you know) to top it all off.
Guess the promised CTC.
