Till 2024, 12 days were there for WFO but if you take atleast three leaves in a month and this is not mandatory or optional off. More like your PL, then.. for every 3 leaves you get 1 day off from the 12 day thing.

But from 2024, its mandate to go 12 days a month if you cannot make it in a month then try to adjust the days in a quarter . So 36 days in a quarter must be adhered to ..and 144 days a year 😅🥹. I was recently informed about this by my line manager
