In the PIP period,if we put paper,will we get a service letter and will release from tcs immediately?

Condition - got D band last project in april 2025 . Moved another project in May 2025. Now resource is working as billable resources.Pls suggest guys if you know the exit process ? Pls 🙏 let me know dears.
