In TCS managers are like Bumrah and team members are like Siraj

How many of you agree on this?

In TCS managers behave like they are bumrah, they only come into play for a limited time thinking they will help the team, but it's others who are like Siraj deliver full efforts despite workload (work life balance) they are the key players who made the team win every time but like BCCI , TCS always give credits to Manager (Bumrah).
