In TCS I have noticed now there is no professionalism in any conversation or even while evaluating any candidate

I see people don’t know how to talk, how to ask a question to someone it is pathetic. There should be some class for that also.

Are they having conversation while evaluation??? In my project my lead gave A band to only those people who lives in her location.
