In TCS, how much percentage of performance bonus will be released on an average??
Hi Vines, I got recently an offer letter from TCS. I am confused about whether its right decision to accept. In offer letter Monthly Performance pay is 256800 Performance bonus is 352800
I would like to know how much i will get . Please comment asap thanks in advance.
