In TCS any buy out option for notice period?

It's slavery bro. No matter what condition you are in. Even if your family is going through a medical crisis, they won't give you WFH, won't allow you to take long leaves, and won't reduce your NP. Your family can crumble for all they care, but you have to spend your 3 months under them.

I left TCS within 15 days of resigning and my notice period was completely waived off. Trick is to resign from bench.

Yes they have that option but now they are not giving that option.

Np is mandatory but if you can produce medical documents then you can speak with hr to buyout based on medical emergency
