In Solidarity of recent layoffs, forced resignation, pip politics, Lets do mass resignation everyone and teach tcs lesson.Debt free go ahead

Great Initiative but wrong platform my good sir. Ignore the haters most of them jobless.
The market out there right now is only for those with "real absolute talent". Not everyone can survive especially those with huge commitments.
Plus alot of this happened because of those few people ( which is a huge number in TCS ) who abused the system. Used every bit of leniency. So they came with this firing.
But the upper management forgot these same people who abused the system have alot of influence and are bootlickers . Using the same to kick out the actual people who are doing the work.
We all know what happens to a ship when they destroy the engine. It drifts for a while then inevitably due to some issue it sinks or crashes. TCS is that ship.
The people who have the talent TCS has ensured to break their self confidence to even think about resigning.
So I think its best we remain selfish and do our things. If we want to leave lets leave. Let others stay cause even if the ship sinks the really talented have a knack for thriving learning and surviving. The rest will sink.
beautifully crafted reply 🥰

Debt free ka saval nahi hai. I am debt free but then I am 40+ and C4 and hardcore technical. So please don't just assume I am those seat warmer oldie who cannot do anything. I create entire technical solutions in projects.
I am debt free. Have okiesh networth of about 1.5Cr excluding a 1bhk i own.
Someone not having this amount may say I am rich. But I am not. Have 2 kids. Expenses are monumental.
Dad doesn't have insurance. Just spent yesterday 16K on just 2 tests for him and tomorrow blood tests for 7500 rupees. You see. 25K vanished in just 2 days.
Hence at least people with family and kids cannot just resign.

Whether you work or not they are bound to remove you. I think the best course of action is to avoid working overtime, stop support on weekends and holidays. Mass boycotting of work, not mass resignations. Doesn't matter how much effort you put, one day one the existing associates will be on the list, without having any respect for his work. Just a.piece of thought. Could be easy to say. But in my view it is better than mass resignations. Also another imp thing is, there is more tension and anxiety for those not in the list. Those who left, just left and for them there is clarity. For those still in tcs there is no clarity of what awaits them next.

Beautifully crafted as well...

Already did, living N.E.E.T life now.
